PROFILE
Recently appointed as the Academy’s Programme Manager, Sherol carries with her an impressive IT, HR and Programme Management background – and is responsible for further developing new global e-Learning competencies. With an excellent understanding on GCAs advanced e-Learning 2.0 methodologies, she now embarks on a challenging new role as the developer and manager of GACs exciting new Global English Programme (GEP).

Sherol began her GCA career as a Development Executive where she has been instrumental in developing smart business processes and designing the next generation automated administrative system – GACknow.

Prior to joining the GCA, Sherol worked with IBM India and developed leading-edge training solutions. Her background in IT and communications have been the stimulus for developing IBM’s next generation New Hire Programme.

Along with a remarkable rap sheet and unquenched thirst for knowledge, Sherol looks forward to developing another exciting new chapter in GCAs evolution into a world-class corporate learning organisation.
