PROFILE Farhana started her career in the Pharmacy field, and after international assignments in the Middle East, moved into the freight forwarding and supply chain industry. She has undertaken a range of senior level assignments in the highly competitive and diverse field of logistics business development, and had exposure to a rich cross-section of industry sectors..
Following a front line sales role with a major logistic integrator, she joined the GAC Group as Key Account Manager in GAC Dubai. This role was instrumental in creating highly satisfied customers through building long term sustainable relationships. Her ability to undertake detailed customer assessments, and having an in-depth understanding of the client’s business allowed her to support customized GAC solutions and win-win business outcomes. Farhana’s thorough understanding of the commercial side of GAC business, as well as her interest and experience in customer service, positions her perfectly as the Customer Relations Manager in GCA. She is a strong believer in the importance of lifelong learning, and recently completed a MBA through Australia’s highly regarded Murdoch University.
