Sea Freight Operations (SFO) is designed to give a full understanding of the sea freight forwarding business within the GAC World.  The course will explore the ‘must-knows’ of sea freight forwarding operations across the GAC World, and  how efficient and commercially-viable operations contribute to our bottom line.
As operations are the backbone of our business, we must know how they contribute to the bottom line of GAC. Profits are generated by selling at the right price, whilst profit margins can be increased by operating in a smart and efficient way. A unique aspect of this course is the special focus on consolidation techniques that generate profitable outcomes.
