This 8 week course has been remarkable for me. I’ve learned a lot of things especially how handle challenges and hurdles of GLO. L&D forecast together with Leave planner will surely avoid conflicts in the schedule of participants. In addition, acquiring participants is one of our challenges here in Saudi Arabia. Nevertheless, with the strategies that I’ve learned in marketing the courses are indeed can help to get the interest of our staff to participate.
