PROFILE Helena Cuenat has been living and working in the Gulf for 20 years. She has a vast experience of the service industry, with a career spanning food and beverage, logistics, domestic and international transportation and warehousing, having worked on three continents. She has worked extensively in customer service, business development, operations, training, coaching, quality systems and process management.
Having worked with the GAC group for 10 years initially with UPS UAE in a number of roles spanning Commercial, Customer Service, Operations and Quality and then moving to GAC Dubai 3PL as Commercial and Customer Service Manager, Helena brings with her a vast amount of industry knowledge and experience she hopes to share as a facilitator. Helena now has her own successful business called Identify Action, which was started to fill a market demand. “After I introduced and trained the concept of process management and root cause analysis within the business and the need for continual drive for improvement I saw a need to provide these services to other companies. The need for improved customer service and profitability is now the focus of all businesses to survive and grow effectively in the business world today.”
