In supporting your goal, GAC Corporate Academy’s foundation course, Introduction to the GAC World (IGW) will provide a wealth of highly valuable information that will make a difference to your career with GAC.
Among other aspects, the course will clarify the group's stance on issues such as health and safety, the environment, ethics, corporate culture and quality control. It will also explain how the GAC World is organised and what systems are used to disseminate information throughout our business.

What’s involved?
The course has been structured to provide minimal interruption to the work environment. It runs for eight weeks and is delivered via a state-of-the-art, Learning Management System in a virtual classroom. Also, it’s good to know that throughout this course, you will develop the necessary skills to begin your journey through one of GCAs highly innovative programmes.
Leading edge work-based learning processes are used that are based on real GAC scenarios. The case studies and highly interactive assessment tasks are of practical use and interest to participants. You will interact with other course members from all over the GAC World, presenting you with a great networking opportunity.
IGW has provided me a wonderful opportunity to get an insight into GAC, services being provided, locations, organization, culture and much more which otherwise would have taken years to understand. Also, making new friends in overseas GAC locations is definitely a superb idea and has helped us all to obtain a good view into how these offices work to help improve our own offices. We should maintain these contacts forever.
This course has given me great insights about GAC’s History, Culture, Services, Ethics, Strategies, Visions, Goals etc. By obtaining this knowledge, I am sure that it will make me more confident and optimistic while working with my GAC Family. Also, the knowledge which I have gained from this course will help me in dealing with our clients and customers.
My experience with IGW has been very positive, it has given me a broader view of the extent of the GAC world and family, I have connected with many different people around the world and shared views and philosophies with them. IGW has given me an excellent insight into GAC, the history, the make up of the company, the expectations and standards expected and also the methods put in place to guarantee a successful future.
Through the IGW course I really enjoyed making friends around the world who shared the same experiences at work. It even led me to colleagues in my very own office to whom I have never got the chance to talk to, building connections with them and gaining knowledge and sharing experiences with them. The course gave me a wonderful Introduction to the GAC World. I truly appreciate the work and effort that our past and present top management has put in to making GAC a HSSE friendly company.
