Sea Freight Operations (SFO) is designed to give a full understanding of the sea freight forwarding business within the GAC World.  The course will explore the ‘must-knows’ of sea freight forwarding operations across the GAC World, and  how efficient and commercially-viable operations contribute to our bottom line.
As operations are the backbone of our business, we must know how they contribute to the bottom line of GAC. Profits are generated by selling at the right price, whilst profit margins can be increased by operating in a smart and efficient way. A unique aspect of this course is the special focus on consolidation techniques that generate profitable outcomes.
By the end of this course, you will have greater clarity about the role of efficient sea freight operations, and opportunities that exist for smarter, and more commercially-viable operations.

Teams collaborate to facilitate successful business outcomes. These teams, a collection of individuals, will benefit greatly if they are connected and efficient. The impact of this upon leadership can be vast and integral.

The TBL workshop, through a combination of traditional and experiential learning, builds a unique framework of leadership in the learner's mind. The learner co-creates the content and actively applies the 'lessons learned' progressively. The two days also provide much opportunity for the learner to build his own 'leadership toolkit', preparing him and his team for the future.
