PROFILE

Sheila has worked in learning and development roles for more than five years and views learning as a never-ending progression, believing that there is always more to explore beyond formal education.  Before joining the GAC Group, Sheila was a Learning Supervisor in the Philippines and a Customer Service Trainer in Dubai.  In addition to her core Learning and Development experience, she has a strong background in Quality Assurance and Sales.  With this background, Sheila believes that GCA is the perfect place to share and build her knowledge and capabilities. Sheila sees the enormous possibilities of e-Learning in the corporate setting, and takes on her role with great enthusiasm.
