Success in today's global marketplace requires employees to be skillful and comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues around the world. Beyond these skills, there is a need for fluidity and mastery of the language that is common to all businesses across the world. We're not just talking about email, we're talking about your accent, your vocabulary, and your ability to understand dialects of English from various world regions.
