Lucia Simonsen, Director, Rasmussen & Simonsen International Pte Ltd

Lucia previously worked with Exel Logistics managing implementations for global clients with complex shipping requirements. Her role was to establish implementation methodologies and to ensure value was created for clients during transitions.

Lucia began her career in the transportation and logistics industry when she was selected to join the Maersk International Shipping Education Management Trainee program. Upon completion of the program with Maersk Sealand liner division, Lucia joined Maersk Logistics in Canada. She was later expatriated to Singapore for Maersk Logistics to lead a supply chain client implementation in Asia Pacific.

Throughout all of her roles Lucia has been training personnel in order to ensure successful business practices. She has also spoken at client conferences discussing forecasting and logistics operations in Asia. Lucia is Director and co-founder of RSI, a company who provides specialized training and management consultancy for the international transportation and logistics industry.
