Profile

Jennifer joins the GCA Governance Board with an extensive record of achievement in both the educational and business fields. She works with both public and private sector organizations to develop comprehensive strategies providing flexibility for organizational growth and development – through structural, system and human development review.

Currently based in Dubai and working extensively in Abu Dhabi, Jennifer develops conceptual frameworks for change management approaches for business and government. She has worked extensively in the consulting field throughout Australia, Indonesia and in the UAE - developing higher education programs to suit more flexible learning delivery.

Jennifer brings a strong interest both academically and professionally to the GCA Governance Board, benchmarking international higher education interests with learning and development pathways.
