An Information Systems specialist, Elaine has extensive experience as a Business Analyst and trainer, with skills gained in a diverse range of corporate and tertiary organisations. During a 20 year period Elaine has been involved in the development and maintenance of many complex business systems including Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Management and Asset Planning. This depth of business experience has been transitioned into invaluable training knowledge that is effectively applied to real-life projects including ICDL and technical training projects.
