Profile

Recently appointed as the HR Development Executive to the GCA Team, Sherol carries with her an impressive IT and HR background giving her the credibility to further develop our rapidly growing eLearning competency. With an excellent flair for the English language and the ability to assemble together various corporate training components, she is bound to make a difference with a new section that will be established to our learning curve.

Prior to joining the GAC Corporate Academy, Sherol worked with a very reputed organization, IBM India and helped establish and practice an excellent corporate work ambience. Structuring various training modules including write ups such as 'Work Decorum' and 'The Professionalism Act', Sherol amplified the significance of professionalism at work and thus helped accomplish astounding results. Her background in IT and aspiration for writing, promoted in accumulating substantial training strategies and guidelines that were further used for New Hire Programs.

Along with a remarkable rap sheet and unquenched thirst for knowledge, Sherol looks to cobble together yet another learning strategy for the coming year and thus achieve a greater number in both participation and revenue.

Sherol's role in GCA, is without doubt perfectly cut out and designed to take the shape of development and triumph about to be bequeathed yet again on GCA.
