In an attempt to align learning and development with our strategic business objectives, GAC Corporate Academy (GCA) was created in 2007 to deliver leading edge learning and development opportunities to all people throughout the GAC World. GCA is a fundamental building block of the GAC Group’s new five year strategic plan - Vision Y - Global Values.  This exciting new phase of the GAC Group’s development will launch in January 2008, and recognises that people and organisational learning are fundamental enablers of our business, and global values are what makes GAC unique.

GCA offers a wide range of relevant professional development programmes that are directly related to the GAC Group.  Most courses incorporate state-of-the-art eLearning technology and combined with highly effective work-based learning processes.

GAC personnel have the opportunity to select a range of core and job-specific courses, tailoring a professional development programme that addresses individual  needs. The GAC Academy will encourage professional development by delivering new skills that use modern technology to build upon individual competencies.
