Profile

Kate began her career in logistics in the UK on the European management training scheme for Exel PLC, upon completion of the program she later took a role in project management in the supply chain side of the business.

In 2004, Kate moved from Europe to Asia to take on a key role within the Exel Asia Pacific Freight Forwarding team. Kate led the RFQ team for the region managing major business opportunities in both freight forwarding and integrated logistics on a regional and global scale. Upon the acquisition of Exel PLC, Kate then moved to the role of Regional Customer Manager with DHL.

More recently Kate was the Director of Client Solutions at UTi managing global clients and developing new and existing business in the freight forwarding and supply chain arena.

She has a post-graduate qualification and an Executive MBA from the University of Bradford, as well as a BA (hons) degree in European Business and a Diplôme de Commerce from the Ecole Superieur de Commerce in Bordeaux, France.
