Profile
Debbie has displayed life-long commitment to Strategy, Organisational Development, Change Interventions and Corporate Learning, throughout a career spanning 4 continents, covering regional and international roles. Perhaps more importantly, her strategic approach has produced consistent evidence of yielding maximum, yet balanced value to organizations worldwide, demonstrating ‘real’ change in both outcomes and improvements.
Debbie brings a curious and open mind to the GCA forum, and sees great merit in informal, learner-centred, collaborative approaches to corporate learning such as GCA adopts, ‘wherever one goes’! Currently based in Dubai, and operating her own consultancy, ‘Business in Motion’ (www.businessinmotion.org), she contributes to the GCA Governance Board Meetings, leads Strategic Review Sessions, contributes to Course Development, provides Regional Consultancy In-house Services and facilitates the Balanced Scorecard curriculum. Debbie was an instrumental player in the worldwide rollout of the ‘Vision Y’ project, guiding the evolution of the company’s next phase of business.
