In an attempt to align training and learning with our business objectives, GAC Corporate Academy (GCA) has been created to deliver leading edge learning opportunities to employees throughout the GAC World. GCA is a direct response to the successful Vision X – Global Reach programme, which identified our desire to invest in human resource development  at all levels within the organisation.

The ability to outline a series of goals, and devise and implement a plan to achieve them is a critical step for anyone aiming to exercise control over the direction of their career.

GCA offers a wide range of relevant professional development programmes that are directly related to the GAC Group. These courses are available to all personnel throughout the GAC Group.  The courses are offered using state-of-the-art eLearning technology and combined with highly effective work-based learning processes.
