Vision

The GCA vision is to provide a world-class corporate learning organisation that support the GAC Group’s Vision Y-Global Values (VY-GV) strategic objectives of; learning organisation and developing skilful and motivated people.

 

Mission

GCA is the central transmission station for GAC Spirit and global values, and exists to deliver specialised skills-based learning and development to GAC personnel across the Group, using leading-edge technology and enlightened learning processes through a GAC-specific context. As a learning organisation, it inspires global values in GAC people across the Group, and promotes integration and alignment as the core pillars of its business.
