GAC Corporate Academy (GCA) is the corporate learning organisation of the GAC Group. It operates as a semi-autonomous business unit as part of GAC Corporate Head Office, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
GCA is a direct response to the successful Vision X – Global Reach programme, which identified our desire to invest in human resource development at all levels within the organisation.
GCA offers a wide range of relevant induction, business process oriented and commercial performance enhancement courses that are directly related to the current GAC Group strategy – Vision Y – Global Values (VY-GV). These courses are available to all personnel throughout the GAC Group and its extended partners and network agents. GCA courses are offered using state-of-the-art e-Learning technology and combined with highly-effective action learning processes in the business environment.
All GAC personnel will have the opportunity to select a range of core and job-specific courses.
